Are your products cruelty free?
YES! Our brushes are made from synthetic hairs and our lashes from human hair.
Do Quartz Beauty Lashes come with glue?
No, our lashes do not come with glue.
What payment methods does Quartz Beauty accept?
We accept, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Afterpay
Can I change the address on my order once it has been processed?
If you do notice within an hour of making your order that your incorrect address is on the order, please email hello@quartzbeautyshop.com with your order number and "Address Change" in the email subject line. If you email after the first hour, your order may already be processed and this may not be able to be changed.
How much is shipping?
At this stage we are currently only shipping to Australia, United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland. Please contact us at hello@quartzbeautyshop.com if you are from a country missing from this list and would like to make a purchase!
How Long does international shipping take?
International shipping can take up to 20 days.
Custom Charges?
Any orders outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Quartz Beauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.
My order came and something was missing!
If your order has been processed incorrectly, please email hello@quartzbeautyshop.com. Please include your order number in the title and photographic evidence of the products you did receive. We can get the missing products out to you straight away!
How long will my order take to process and be sent to me?
Your order will be processed within two working days and be on it's way to you within that time!
REFUND POLICY
If you do find that you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please email hello@quartzbeautyshop.com with your order number and information on why you wish to return the product. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Quartz Beauty cannot offer a refund for used products due to hygiene reasons.
If a product is faulty, please email hello@quartzbeautyshop.com with photographic evidence and information detailing the fault. A replacement product will be issued to you.
